During the ‘Stay at home order’ I needed more guidance and motivation with my workout routine. My husband and I started working out with Chris. He has us doing things I never thought we could do at our ages. For example, we are now able to do things like full squats, push-ups and planks. Chris has given me an attitude that shows I have no boundaries. I now have more stamina and confidence. Thank you Chris.
